• The fee is based on an hourly rate of $2.75 per hour. 
• Registration fee is $15.00 per child/per program (BC/LAFS).
• Return check fee is $10.00.    
• Late check fee is $10.00    
• Late Pick-Up Fee:  $10.00 per 15 minutes after 6:00 p.m., $15.00 per 15 minutes after 6:30 p.m. Excessive instances of late pick-up may result in termination of program participation by the principal.
• WCPSS will return registration fee if there is insufficient enrollment to operate the program.

First payment must be done with check, money order, or cashier's check and must include registration fee. Any following payments can be submitted online.  

Payment Methods: Check or Money Orders made out to LES. Child's name must be written in memo line. No cash accepted.

Checks should be made out to LES with the child's name in the memo line. Please write individual checks! Don't include two or more children in one check.

Payment Do's and Don'ts 

*Payment must be submitted during drop off or pick up. Please hand deliver your payment to a Before or After Care staff member only. If you are in the building, payment can be submitted in the drop box located outside the gym doors or given to a staff member at the desk. It must never be sent in with a child or dropped off in the front office. Please do not put your check in an envelope.

*You are responsible for submitting payment on time, regardless of if your child is absent on the due date or if text reminder is received. Payments are accepted at any time prior to the due date.

*Receipts will be emailed to parents. Paper copies are available upon request. 

*You do not pay for teacher workdays, track out days, or holidays when children are not in school.  

*The full monthly fee is due regardless of the number of days the child is absent from the program for illness, family trips, etc. 

Late Payments:  If payment is not made by the late date on the payment schedule, a reminder notice will be sent, and a $10 “late payment” fee will be charged.  If payment is not made by the “late after” date, the student will be withdrawn from the program. Any past due fees are still required to be paid. A $15 re-registration fee will apply (per program) anytime a child is withdrawn due to lack of payment. 

Non-Sufficient Fund Checks (NSF):  Non-sufficient fund checks are held until a money order is received by the program to cover the amount of the check.  Cash cannot be accepted.  Parents will pay a $10.00 charge for the NSF check.  Parents will be notified immediately upon receipt of the NSF notice and shall have ten school days in which to pay the charge in full.  If the charge is not paid in full by the end of the ten days, the child will be withdrawn from the program.  Once a NSF check is returned to the program, parents are required to make all future payments by money order or certified check.
