Registration Information

  • The Leesville Elementary Before & After School Programs seek to provide your child with a safe, fun, and engaging environment where students can play, make friends, and try new things! We have a highly qualified staff who love spending their mornings and afternoons with your students. Activities include sports, playground fun, arts and crafts, peer reading, homework club, school beautification projects and more! We pride ourselves in how we run our program and are so grateful that our program has grown into such a successful one.

    Early Arrival 6:30am-8:45am and After School 4:00pm-6:00pm.

    **2024-2025 Fee Schedule **

    BEFORE SCHOOL PAY PERIOD FEE:   Monday - Friday: $121.69
    AFTER SCHOOL PAY PERIOD FEE:       Monday - Friday: $108.17
    Registration fee $15.00 for each program

    First payment is due Tuesday, 8/27/24 and must be done with check, money order, or cashier's check and must include registration fee. (A late fee will be applied after 9/3/24)
    Any following payments can be submitted online. 
     
    Children enrolled in a Daily Rate Program can attend only on the days of the week they are registered for.
    Days of the week cannot be exchanged.

    • The fee schedule is based on an hourly rate of $ 2.75 per hour.
    • Payments are spread out over 9 pay periods.
    • Registration fee is $15.00 per child and is non-refundable unless the program does not operate prior to school opening.
    • Returned check fee is $10.00 and late check fee is $10.00
    • Fees reflect before school program ending 30 minutes before the start of the instructional day
