Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures

  • Before Care runs from 6:30am - 8:45am, but you may not drop off later than 8:30am. Please follow these procedures based on the time you arrive. 

    6:30 - 7:15: Please walk your child up to the breezeway doors facing the bus parking lot. Please stay with your child until they have been checked in. 

    7:30 - 8:15: 'Rides In' You may pull into the carpool circle to sign your child in with a staff member.  Your child will then follow a marked path to the breezeway doors and will be greeted by a staff member inside. We'll make sure to guide them if it's their first time! 

    8:15 - 8:30: Please park at the school's parking lot and walk your child to the breezeway entrance. 'Rides in' is no longer available during this time. 

    After Care ​runs from 4:00pm - 6:00pm. You may pick up at the bus parking lot starting at 4:30. 

    4:30 - 6:00: Please drive into the bus parking lot and pull up to the sidewalk where a staff member will help you sign out your child. Please wait inside your car as you wait for your child to walk down. 
     
    Students must be picked up NO LATER than 6:00 pm from the After School Program.  Families who have failed to pick up their child on time from the program more than one time may receive a communication from the LES Principal, Mr. Ari Cohen, informing that further late pick-ups may result in a family's suspension from the program, as well as additional consequence for continued late pick-ups following the suspension.
     

    If no staff member is present, please walk up to the breezeway door and wait for a staff member to assist you. This may be due to cold weather conditions or rainy days.
