  • Alliance Behavioral Health - Behavioral Health Services for those isured under Medicaid or uninsured.  24/7 Access and Information number 919-510-9132.

    UNC Health Care Crisis and Assessment Services at WakeBrook - Crisis and Assessment Service (CAS) is available 24/7/365 days a year for walk-ins and for those escorted by first responders. CAS will provide emergency psychiatric evaluations for those individuals experiencing acute mental health and/or substance abuse crises. For additional information, please call 984-974-4800.

    Holly Hill Hospital - If your child is displaying common signs of mental illness in children, call Holly Hill Hospital for a no-cost assessment. We treat a number of children’s mental illness and behavioral health issues. Our program is developmentally appropriate for different age groups. Contact us at 919-250-7000.

    Monarch - Monarch’s Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) is a walk-in service for people ages 4 and older with mental health and substance use disorders who are experiencing a crisis. Call at 919-703-2845.

    Mobile Crisis Services - Mobile Crisis response provides an immediate evaluation, triage and access to acute MH/DD/SA services, treatment and supports. These services include immediate telephonic response to assess the crisis and determine the risk, mental status, medical stability and appropriate response. Our professionals are standing by for a telephone assessment and are able to meet face to face with an individual in crisis within 2 hours: 877-626-1772.
