I am originally from Charlotte, North Carolina but have always loved the mountains, one big reason I attended Appalachian State University! After my time there was up, I decided I did not want to go back home to Charlotte and picked a great Pre-K teaching job here in Raleigh. I currently live in Fuquay-Varina and love the little downtown it has to offer. I have two wonderful dogs, a yellow lab, Cooper who is 7 years, and a new member of the family, Teddy, who is a Bernese Mountain Dog and only 9 weeks old! My boyfriend is going down the same educational path as me, taking it a step further by getting his PhD at Duke University in History, while also teaching classes there. We love the area and are proud to be an Oakview Family!
