Counselor Recommendations and Forms
- Counselor forms and recommendations should be completed electronically whenever possible.
- Students must submit a Brag Sheet to their counselor in order to receive a written recommendation.
- The student supplies his/her counselor’s name and email on their application and the college will contact the counselor directly.
- Some schools have paper counselor forms. These should be turned into Student Services and will be completed by the student's counselor. It will then be mailed by the Registrar, along with a copy of the official transcript.
- Students must contact teachers directly for any teacher recommendations.
- Always be sure to allow ten days notice for counselor forms and recommendations.
-

Transcript Requests for Scholarship Applications
To order a transcript for a scholarship application, please use wcpss.scriborder.com and choose “scholarship” for the transcript reason. You must indicate the scholarship name when making the request. Please give our registrar 5 days to process your request.
Important notes:
- Please indicate in the notes section if you need your transcript electronically or printed. ScribOrder isn't clear on our side about that. You will always get one electronically with your order, but we will only provide a printed transcript if you state that in the notes section. If you request a printed transcript, it can be picked up in Student Services.
- If a scholarship requires the school to mail in an official transcript, please bring your entire scholarship package to Student Services. We will send your entire package with the transcript.
