    Carpool Expectations

    Many AFHS students will arrive and depart through carpool.  Families are asked to observe the carpool expectations found in this document.
        

    Bus Transportation

    Bus routes will be available to students in their PowerSchool / Homebase account.  It will provide the exact stop information for morning and afternoon.  Additional information includes:

    • Bus routes will be posted at this link when publicly available.
    • Information about requesting an alternative stop and/or a stop related to joint custody can be found at this link.
    • More information from the district's Transportation team can be found at this link.
    • Students are encouraged to use the Here Comes the Bus app for their phone to monitor when their bus is arriving.  More information is available at this link.
    • Questions and concerns about transportation related issues are best addressed to the transportation team at this link.  For unresolved issues and for quick questions about transportation at AFHS, please contact Assistant Principal Jordan Trull (jtrull@wcpss.net).

    Student Drivers

    Only students who have an approved parking permit and they have that permit to display in their vehicle may park on campus.  All student drivers are reminded that we are a PreK-12 campus and they must be keenly aware of their surroundings as younger students who may be walking / biking to school.  More information about student parking is available at this link.
       

    Walkers

    Walkers are expected to enter campus at the crosswalk by Whistling Quail Road.
       

    Bike Riders

    Students riding a bicycle to school are asked to secure their bicycles to the bike rack located on the student services side / art classroom side of the building (adjacent to Humie Olive Road).
