• The Weekly Caterpillar Buzz

    February 4, 2026

    Hello ELC Families,

It’s hard to believe February is already here! As we move into a new month, we’re excited about the continued learning, growth, and special moments ahead for our Caterpillars.

    A Peek at Our Week
Thank you to all the families who joined us for ELC Day at Marbles! It was a wonderful day filled with exploration, hands-on learning, and special moments shared between students and their families. Experiences like this help extend learning beyond the classroom and strengthen the connections that make our school community so special.

Be sure to visit our Facebook page to see photos from our day at Marbles. We loved capturing the smiles, creativity, and excitement as students discovered, played, and learned together.

Why It Matters: Our Building Study
Our visit to Marbles connected to our Building Study, where children are learning about structures, materials, and how buildings are made. Students explored, built, and worked together while using new words like build, strong, and balance. These hands-on experiences help children grow their thinking, language, and confidence, and show them that learning happens everywhere.

     Snowy Weekend Smiles❄️
We hope your family enjoyed the snow safely this weekend. We can’t wait to hear the stories our caterpillars will bring back to school!
