Michelle is a kindergarten teacher at Olive Chapel Elementary. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Special Education from the University of Elon, in Elon, NC. Michelle is a certified licensed Elementary Education K-6 and Special Education K-12 professional educator. Michelle is from Burlington,VT and now lives locally with her husband, and their daughters. She enjoys spending time with friends and family.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her children traveling, skiing, running, shopping, gardening and the outdoors with her Golden, Lila. For over 20 years, Michelle has worked with adolescents of all ages and abilities. She has taught Kindergarten, First, Second, Fourth grades, and Special Education. Michelle enjoys watching children achieve growth in all academic areas, as well as, socially with their peers.

Hi! My name is Caitlin Seyler. I graduated from Meredith College with my degree in Child Development and K-6 licensure. I have been teaching for 9 years with 8 of those years spent in kindergarten. I absolutely love teaching and I am so excited about the upcoming school year!
I currently live in Fuquay-Varina with my husband and two daughters. I also have a four pound Yorkie named Bentley. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and reading a good book. I look forward to the upcoming school year and teaching your children!

Hi, my name is Ashlyn Coble and I am SO excited to meet you! This is my fifth year in Kindergarten; however, it is my first year at Olive Chapel. Sail Clippers! I went to Campbell University and completed my degree in Elementary Education in 2019. I then attended East Carolina University and graduated with my Masters In Reading and Literacy in 2022. I was born and raised in Eastern NC, and currently reside in Holly Springs with my husband, Luke. I have been married for a year, and we have one guinea pig named Gravy and a St. Bernard puppy named Maple. I love being active and reading a good book on my patio. I have a true passion for working with our youngest learners!! Helping each child progress in all areas of their development—academic, social, language, and motor—is a challenge that I am honored to accept daily. I strive to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive, fun environment. Cannot wait to see you soon!

Hi! My name is Christy Trybus and I am so excited for the upcoming school year! I have been teaching over 15 years and truly enjoy being a part of the Olive Chapel Staff. I know this year will be fantastic! I love teaching kindergarten and building relationships with my students and their families.
My husband and I have 2 daughters that were once students at OCE. Now, Julia attends Apex Friendship High School (Go Patriots!) and Clair attends App State (Go Mountaineers!). Outside of school, I love to travel, hike, go shopping, and hang out with family/friends. I can't wait to meet your sweet kinders! It is going to be a wonderful year!

Hi! I’m Rachel Sine and I started teaching at Olive Chapel in 2020. I’ve been teaching Kindergarten since 2011. I graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Elementary Education and a concentration in science. I am a Nationally Board Certified teacher and love watching students get that “twinkle” in their eye when they learn a new skill. I live in Durham, NC with my husband, son, and 2 dogs! We love to travel to LPA conventions, sporting events, and go camping as much as possible! I also love scrapbooking, cycling, going to the movies and spending time with my friends/family.
