• High School To Career

Every student’s path is unique—some will pursue college, while others may begin working right away. At Crossroads FLEX, we help students understand how the skills and knowledge gained in high school connect directly to future opportunities. When students can envision their future, they gain motivation, confidence, and a clearer sense of purpose.

    High School Career Planning

    The Career Development Process

The Career Development Process includes a series of intentional activities designed to help students understand themselves, explore opportunities, and determine their future direction—no matter what path they choose.

At Crossroads FLEX, Mrs. Wheeler collaborates with all students to complete interest inventories and career planning activities through Major Clarity and CFNC. These tools serve as the foundation for selecting a potential career pathway, college major, or post-secondary plan.
