Internship Opportunities

At Crossroads FLEX, internships provide students with meaningful, hands-on experience related to their future career interests.  Students may work with the Career Development Coordinator to locate internships that complement their career plans, or they may independently secure placements through networking with business professionals, professors, family members, or community contacts.  These experiences help students build skills, strengthen resumes, and explore potential career paths.

What Does An Internship Entail?

• 120 hours
• Journal Entries every 5–10 hours
• Internship Site Visit by Internship Coordinator
• Supervisor Evaluation
• Self Evaluation
• Completed Internship Blog
• Final completed Project
