AP Seminar Commitment Form

  • RISING SOPHOMORES interested in the AP Capstone Program: Please complete the following questions, read and agree to the HSHS AP Capstone Policies with your parent/guardian, and submit before you register for classes. Your counselor will not be able to sign you up for AP Seminar (the first AP CAPSTONE course) until you complete this application.

    Please note: The only prerequisite for enrolling in the AP Capstone program is passing English I. Grades or the rigor of previous courses are not considered. However, this commitment form must be completed for your counselor to enroll you in the program.
