CURRENT STUDENTS requesting current transcripts and/or final transcripts for any colleges/universities OUT OF STATE should request their transcripts by either filling out a "Transcript Request Form" in the Student Services office or by filling out an online order by clicking the link below.

To request your transcript, please fill out this Google Doc.Requests will be processed within 72 school hours of completing this form.
Once you have registered for your Wake Tech course(s), please fill out the Spring CCP Forms 2025-2026 Google document. In this document, you will upload all the required forms. Your schedule will not be adjusted until this form is completed with all the proper documentation.
