Senior Early Release /Late Arrival Request
The Early Release/Late Arrival form is available for seniors only. It allows students to request late arrival and/or early release from school. Students are expected to explore with colleges/universities how a reduced schedule will impact admissions. No student will be allowed to take less than two classes per day. Finally, all requests for a reduced schedule will be reviewed at the end of the first semester for all students who fail a course in the fall. If you have questions, please talk with your counselor.

CCP Wake Tech Early Release /Late Arrival Request - 9th-11th Grades Only
Once you have registered for your Wake Tech course(s), please fill out the Spring CCP Forms 2025-2026 Google document. In this document, you will upload all the required forms. Your schedule will not be adjusted until this form is completed with all the proper documentation.Reminder: All Wake Tech grades will go on your high school transcript. Please contact Ms. Jones immediately if anything changes with your Wake Tech schedule.

Mid-Year Graduation Request
This form can be used by seniors to request midyear graduation (December or January) for the school year. Students who plan to request either midyear graduation should plan to meet with their counselor.

3 Year Graduate Request
This form can be used by students to request to graduate in 3 Years for a total of 22 credits. Students who plan to request to be a 3-year graduate will be required to meet with their counselor and an administrator.

Request for Excused Absences for Educational Reasons
For an excused absence for educational reasons, the intent of the experience should have been educational from the outset and comparable to that which the student would have experienced in school. Family trips and vacations that were not designed, initially, to be educational, will not be excused. Signing this form documents that this absence is for valid educational purposes.

Senior Brag Sheet for Letters of Recommendation
A brag sheet is very similar to a student resume, it highlights your accomplishments, key experiences, leadership skills and employment throughout your high school career. Counselors and teachers can use your brag sheet to write the best letter of recommendation for your college applications.
