Growth Mindset at Reedy Creek Magnet Middle School Center for the Digital Sciences

Part of Reedy Creek’s underlying philosophy is a belief in Growth Mindset. This is the belief that students can continue to learn, grow, and improve through effort and perseverance. The Growth Mindset philosophy guides everything we do and will teach students a positive approach to learning. Through the Mindset WorksⓇ program, Reedy Creek Magnet Middle School teachers are completing professional development focused on Growth Mindset. Students will learn how their brain works, what it needs in order to learn, and how effort is the key to learning through Mindset Works'Ⓡ interactive on-line program, Brainology.
