    • Our Animal Science teacher named Wake County Public Schools Diane Kent-Parker 1st Year Teacher of the Year

    • Robotics team of 5 students named Overall Champions (Wake County RoboWake 2017)

    • Robotics team of 6 students won the 1st Place in Teamwork (Wake County RoboWake 2017)

    • An 8th grader and a 7th grader won Gold Medals in Food Innovations, and an 8th grader won a Silver Medal in Sports Nutrition at the North Carolina Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America Conference

    • An 8th grader placed in All State Concert Band and earned 1st Chair Trumpet in All State Jazz Band
