INBOUND CHECKLIST:

• Access and complete registration packet 
• Proof of Residency: Signed lease, electric bill or water bill in parent’s name
• Certified Birth Certificate
• Immunization Record
• Prior School Information
• Most recent report card
• Parent(s) Photo Id 
• Custody Papers - If applicable

OUTBOUND CHECKLIST:

• Notify school that your child will be leaving.
• Complete the official WCPSS withdrawal form
• Have a copy of the most recent report card.
• Have copies of current IEP, 504 AIG documentation.
• If you are PCSing (permanent change of station) overseas, please contact Pat McAuley to help coordinate the transfer.
