Schools are finalizing WCPSS Virtual Academy students’ schedules and are sharing them with families this week. In addition, if you haven’t already received the following, you should receive it soon:

• Your student’s assigned teacher or teachers;
• A schedule for picking up instructional materials, if needed.

If you haven’t already, you will soon receive a welcome letter and introduction from your student’s teacher that will include your student's daily schedule. This schedule will include live instruction times, Canvas course information with a Google Meet link, and teacher contact information.

For year-round families, if you have not been contacted by your WCPSS Virtual Academy student’s school by Friday, July 30, please feel free to contact the school directly.

For families on the traditional calendar, if you have not been contacted by your WCPSS Virtual Academy student’s school by Wednesday, Aug. 25, please feel free to contact the school directly.
