Please do not wear your cap and gown on Friday, June 13th.

Yes, we are having rehearsal; yes, you need to be here earlier than 9 (like 8:45ish the latest). No, you do not need to wear your cap and gown; Yes, you will receive your tickets after rehearsal. Yes, you will actually need to pay fines and fees before you get your tickets. Yes, you need to turn your computer in BEFORE rehearsal day. 

IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID YOUR FINES AND FEES - You will not receive your tickets until AFTER you've paid everything and gotten those payments signed off on. Thursday, June 12th by Noon (12 pm) is your day to turn things in, i.e., your computer, its charging cord, any books, and any other equipment. 

 

Next Week Testing:

 

Please remember! If you are failing (or borderline failing) a class, you NEED to come in next week to take your final exam. If you have more than 10 absences in a course, you NEED to come in next week and take the exam. 

If you have a 60 in a core class and you do not come in for your exam, your teacher will put in a 0, and that will bring your grade down below a 60. If you fail a course needed for graduation, you WILL NOT graduate.

If you need an "early release" paper, those are online. You'll need to print it, get it signed, and bring it in with you on your day of testing so you can leave after you finish testing.

Unless you have spoken to your teacher and they've said you do not need to come in and take the exam, make sure you are here next week. 

 

Transcripts:

 

If you used Common App to apply to colleges around the world, please make sure that your School Counselor knows where you are going. We can only send 1 transcript out, so it must go to the school you will be attending in the Fall. 

Also, keep in mind, Counselors are out of the office starting end of the day on June 17th. This means, if we do not know where you are going, your transcript might not get sent until the following school year. 

Already told your Counselor where you're going? Great! Do it again, in an email that way we can refer back to that email that says EXACTLY where you will be going. 

Applied through CFNC? You do not need to worry about whether your transcripts will be sent. They will be going out on June 19th.
