Driving Directions

From Crossroads I or II, turn right onto Dillard Drive. At the stoplight (intersection of Dillard and Jones Franklin) turn right onto Jones Franklin Road. At the next stoplight (intersection of Jones Franklin and Tryon Road) turn left onto Tryon Road and follow for .2 miles. At the next stop light (intersection of Tryon Road and Yates Mill Pond Road) turn right onto Yates Mill Pond Road. Yates Mill Elementary is on the right approximately 3/4 mile down.

From I-40 take the Gormon Street exit (Exit 295) toward Tryon Road. At the stoplight (intersection of Gorman and Tryon) turn right onto Tryon Road. Follow Tryon Road for 1.8 miles. At the stoplight (intersection of Tryon and Yates Mill Pond Road) turn left onto Yates Mill Pond Road. Yates Mill Elementary is on the right approximately 3/4 mile down.

From I-440 take the Cary/Walnut Street exit (Exit 101). Turn so that you are traveling south on Walnut Street toward Crossroads Mall/McDonald's/Chick-fil-a. Follow Walnut Street for approximately 1.3 miles to the intersection of Walnut Street and Tryon Road. At the stoplight turn left onto Tryon Road and follow for .4 miles. At the stoplight (intersection of Tryon and Yates Mill Pond Road) turn right onto Yates Mill Pond Road. Yates Mill Elementary is on the right approximately 3/4 mile down.
