We are pleased to announce that our Before and After School Care Programs will be starting on August 27, 2024!

We offer a safe and engaging space where children can interact with their peers and/or work on homework in a fun environment.

Before Care begins at 7:00 AM and dismisses to class at 8:45 AM.  After Care starts at 4:00 PM and closes at 6:00 PM each day when school is in session. In the event of inclement weather, we will follow the WCPSS schedule. When school is dismissed early due to inclement weather, there is no After School Care Program provided for students. Parents are to come and pick up their children from school. When school opens on a delay, the Before School Care Program opens at the delayed time as well. For example, when school is delayed 2 hours, the Before School Care Program will open at 9:00 for students.

Student enrollment forms, parent information sheets, and payment schedules will be available on our school website, in the school office, or from our Before and After School Care Program Coordinators.

The monthly fees for Before Care are $94.65 Monday–Friday & After Care $108.17 Monday–Friday. We also offer daily options in each program per request.

There are separate $15 non-refundable registration fees in the Before and After Care School Programs. Payments are due each month and if not paid by the late date a $10.00 fee will be charged to the account. Before/After Care School fees can be paid for through the WCPSS Online School Payment Portal once the student is registered in the program.  Cash is not accepted as a form of payment.
