Recycling Club is offered to 5th grade students. Penny Road Elementary recycles bottles and paper. The majority of classrooms recycle paper and have green recyclying bins in their rooms.

5th grade students must apply to become part of the Recycling Club by contacting Mrs. Kozemko. In order to become part of Recycling Club, students must be recommended by their teachers and demonstrate PANDA behavior in all areas of the school. This includes completing homework and classroom on time, being responsible and having excellent hallway behavior. Students collect trash on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
