Parent Alert: Netflix series prompting some student discussions about suicide, assault, and bullying
Some students are talking about the miniseries "13 Reasons Why," dealing with a student's death by suicide. We do not recommend that your student watch the series. However, if you choose to watch it, here is some helpful information for healthy discussion about it.

We must all work together to identify and help students at risk of having or acting on suicidal thoughts. Know what to look for and how you can help.

LET US KNOW.It is the parent's responsibility to inform the child's teacher or principal if there are medical conditions that require special measures such as dietary or activity restrictions at school for the student. School Nurses are available for health consultation, but are not present at the school on a daily basis. -
