Ni hao! I am the Mandarin teacher in Green Elementary and I have been teaching in Wake County Public Schools for several years. I originally came from China and am a native Chinese speaker. Working with children is my passion. I am very happy to work at Green Elementary to share my country's language and culture with all of the students.

I'm a Spanish teacher from Bogota, Colombia, passionate about sharing my culture and language with others. My goal is to inspire students to love Spanish through dynamic lessons, where learning can be fun and a transformative experience that opens doors to new perspectives and understanding.

¡Hola! My name is Margarita, and I'm from Barrancabermeja, a small city in Colombia. I believe in Education as a tool to impact students' lives and a way to give back to society. This is my 1st year at Green Elementary School and my 11th year teaching. I love foreign languages and I specialized in teaching English at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, where I also earned my Master of Arts in Learning and Teaching Processes in Second Languages. I'm excited about beginning the best year ever!
