Morning drop off begins at 8:35 a.m. Access the school parking lot from Academy Street or North Harrison Avenue but not Chapel Hill Road. Students must remain in their family vehicle until the bell rings and a staff member opens the car door. Please use caution when pulling up to the drop off area. Four cars unload at one time. Please refrain from cell phone use during the whole time you are in the carpool line. Left turns are not permitted when exiting the parking lot.

 

Afternoon pickup begins at 3:35 p.m.. Access the school parking lot from Academy Street or North Harrison Avenue but not Chapel Hill Road. Each family is assigned a tag with a number on it that you will hang on your rear view mirror during afternoon carpool. Students are called to vehicles with this number. Please practice having your child memorize their number. The tag needs to be visible so staff can see the number. Please use caution when pulling up to the drop off area. Four cars are loaded at one time. Please refrain from cell phone use during the whole time you are in the carpool line. Left turns are not permitted when exiting the parking lot. Please be prompt; staff is on duty until 4:00 p.m.. At 4:00 p.m., you will need to sign out your child in the office.

 

Safety is foremost in our minds. Staff tries to move the line along as quickly as possible. Parking on the street in order to avoid the carpool line is discouraged. Parents who choose this method will have to sign their child out in the office.
