Educational Absence

If you would like to submit a Request for an Excused Absence for Educational or Religious Reason Form for consideration, please print out the form and submit to the Principal for approval.  Also, you may send the form into school with your child and have the teacher turn the form into the office.  After the Principal reviews your request and marks as "Approved" or "Not Approved", you will receive a copy home in your child's homework folder.  Please allow 3 - 5 days for Principal review.
