Hello, my name is Pam Dubay, and I am an Instructional Assistant in First grade.  I have 16 years’ experience as an Instructional Assistant. I can’t wait to see what lies ahead this year for me and your child here in First grade at Yates Mills. I love to see the smiles on their face when they learn something new. I also enjoy helping them to achieve their learning goals. 

I am originally from Maine, where I still have family, but have been in North Carolina for 19 years now. I am married with 4 grown children, 2 dogs and 1 cat. My fur babies are named Emily, Holly and Karl. Two of my daughters love horses and have their own horses named Chumley, Addie and Lady. 

When I am not working, I like to go to the beach, read, sew and just chill with family and friends. 

I am really looking forward to watching your child grow and learn at Yates Mills this year.
