WCPSS is now using SchoolCash Online (SCO) for families to pay student fees. Families will need to create an account with SCO in order to pay for their passes. Follow the instructions listed here to create your account prior to completing your pass applications:
*If you are a sophomore or freshman student with a driver's license, please contact the office to request the parking pass fee be added to your PowerSchool account.

Parking pass costs for the 2024-25 school year are $200 per pass (plus an online transaction fee of $8.10). Pass applications will not be processed until payment is complete. All payments are made using SchoolCash Online
To complete this application, you will need to upload images of the following documents:
- Student driver's license
- Registration card for each vehicle you plan to have on campus (limit 2)
A parking tag will not be issued if you have outstanding fees or fines. Please check your PowerSchool account prior to completing the application.
Pass Pick-Up Dates:
When an application is received and payment is confirmed, a parking spot is assigned to that student. Spots are assigned on a first come, first served basis. When students pick up their parking tags, their spot will have already been assigned to them.Pass pick-up will take place on August 12 from 9:00 - 1:00 in the main lobby.
If a student is unable to attend the pick-up event, they may come to the school to pick them up from the main office after August 12.Application Links: *You must be logged into a Wake County student account (WakeID) to complete the parking application

STUDENT PARKING PROCEDURES

Arrival time: 6:55-7:25
Students must proceed directly to their first period class upon arrival.
Arrival Instructions:
Student drivers must enter Dixon Dr. via Millbrook Rd. See map below.
Turn right only into the Sanderson parking lot from Dixon Dr.
Keep right until you reach the student parking area.
Students must adhere to the speed limit, and follow directions from school staff and security personnel while in the parking lot.
