Sanderson's diverse academic culture is supported by 11 different departments. Together these departments work to serve the needs of our population. Our school is home to a little over 115 professionally licensed teachers, many of whom hold advanced degrees, National Board Certification, dual certifications, and specialized credentials that help bring current educational practices into our classrooms.

Along with WCPSS, Sanderson works to ensure students are consistently integrating the 4C's (Communication, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Collaboration) into the classroom environment. We are committed to preparing all students for success in the 21st Century and ensuring that all students meet their potential while we grow together at Sanderson.
