CARPOOL INSTRUCTIONS

    To ensure carpool flows smoothly and help keep everyone safe and ensure a smooth start and end to the school, please follow our carpool procedures.

    Morning Arrival
    • Students may enter the building at 6:55 a.m.
    • Classes begin at 7:25 a.m.

    Carpool Instructions

    • Enter Dixon Drive from North Hills Drive only.
      Do not enter from Millbrook Road to turn right into the loop. It slows down traffic and causes unnecessarily dangerous situations.
    • Turn left into the Sanderson carpool loop from Dixon Drive.
    • Follow the cones and turn left into the drop‑off and pick‑up zone.
    • Pull all the way forward in the unloading area so the line keeps moving.
    • When leaving, turn right only out of the parking lot.Not adhering to this rule significantly slows the outflow of traffic, causing backups.  
    • Do not drop off or pick up students in:
      • The Bexley Springs retirement community
      • Along Dixon Drive
      • The student parking lot

    Afternoon Dismissal

    • Dismissal is at 2:18 p.m.
    • When picking up your child, pull all the way forward in the carpool lane. 

    Student Drivers

    • Students who drive should visit the Student Parking for instructions and information about parking passes.
