Mental Health & Community Resources

  • Willow Spring High School offers support for Mental Health and Community Resources.  It is our priority to support students in this capacity by providing ongoing support throughout the school year individually, small groups and in the classroom setting.

Counselors will visit 9th grade healthful living classrooms each year to present the WCPSS curriculum of Signs of Suicide and Human Trafficking awareness.  They will also visit senior classrooms to present the WCPSS Signs of Suicide Prevention curriculum.

Camille McDaniel is the Student Assistance Program coordinator who will facilitate these programs.  She can also assist with community resources, including clothing, housing and food insecurity.
