Course Registration Change Request form - Please fill out this form if you have decided you would no longer like to take a course you registered for during course registration with your counselor.

Forms for Early Release, CCP & Early Graduation:
- Early Graduation - forms are available for students who would like to graduate a year early (end of junior year) or January of senior year.
- Early Release/Late Arrival for Seniors - Seniors who meet the graduation requirements are permitted to have a reduced schedule.
- CCP Early Release - Juniors who have applied and registered for CCP courses at community colleges can have a reduced schedule. Sophomores and freshmen can also do CCP if they meet specific qualifications. Students are required to have a total of 4 classes each semester.
- WCPSS Dual Enrollment - This is required for all CCP students.

This list is by the student’s 2nd block teacher. Students will come to the media center during their second block on the assigned date to input course selections into Power School.
