    As a parent or caregiver, you play an essential role in your child’s reading journey. Join us to learn more about tools and strategies to support you in raising a reader.

     

  • Little Free Libraries are located all over Wake County. You can take a book from any of these book boxes, no need to return it or bring a book to exchange.

  • Build your skills as a parent with text messages of tips, activities and strategies to support your child’s learning at home. This program is for parents and caregivers of infants, toddlers, and children up through 5th grade. Enroll up to 3 children at no cost. Available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Vietnamese, Hmong, Russian, Polish, and Burmese. Text "WC" to 70138 to join and begin receiving reading, math, and emotional wellness tips, activities, and strategies. The program is for parents of children birth-12th grade.
