Include in your email:

• Student’s full name (no nicknames)
• Grade
• Homeroom teacher’s name
• Date(s) of absence
• Reason for absence
  
  • Doctor's notes can be taken to Student Services, Ms. Pat's desk

Refer to the WCPSS Attendance Policy to determine if your child's absence will be excused or unexcused.
