Third Grade Flyers

Welcome to third grade! During this year the students will learn about the human body bones, objects in the sky, plant growth and soils in science. While in math students will learn how to add and subtract multi-digit numbers, rounding, numerical patterns, fractions, area and perimeter. Students will have the opportunity to write a biography and understand characters through higher order thinking. Students will read fiction and nonfiction texts and continue to expand their vocabulary and reading comprehension.
