Second Grade Flyers

Welcome to Second Grade! The students will be learning about solids and liquids, sound, air and weather and the exciting life cycle of butterflies. Students will also learn about shapes, odd and even numbers, and continue to expand on addition and subtraction. In English Language Arts, students will be creative and practice imagative writing and learning how to connect with characters in a book. Students will be exposed to fiction and nonfiction texts and continue to grow their reading comprehension and vocabulary.
