About Our School

Description: South Garner High School opened in the fall of 2018. Our first graduating class was in spring 2021. We serve about 1,850 students in grades 9 through 12. Our school is on a traditional calendar, which is composed of two semesters with four 9-week grading periods. We are on a block schedule, with each student having 4 classes each day.

In 9th Grade, students are introduced to the 4E's: Enrollment, Employment, Enlistment and Entrepreneurship. This helps guide class selection and enables us to prepare our students for their future endeavors. 

We are proud to be Titans and a part of the Garner Community, which hosts community events like the Greatness of Garner each year.
