For the Serious Young Artist

Guild classes are daily, double-period classes offered in each of the eight art forms.  Guild students are the most advanced young artists at the Academy. This year-long opportunity allows students to be surrounded by like-minded, talented, and passionate art students.

Guild Artists are the first students called upon to perform, work with artists, attend performances and represent the Academy at school and in the community.

These artistic laboratories will deepen artistic skill level and a love for the arts, offered in Theatre, Dance, Piano, Orchestra, Band, Chorus, 2D, and 3D Visual art. No creative experience will take your student further! Participation in the Guild Program requires an audition or a portfolio submission for visual arts students. Arts Guild auditions are typically held in March of each school year. While the Arts Guild Program is open to any student who wishes to audition, it is best suited for 7th and 8th graders. Sixth graders may participate in Guild, but it will affect the individual student schedule dramatically and explicit understanding of the impacts to the schedule should be understood before auditioning.
