Assistant Principal

Ms.Tunstall obtained her undergraduate degree in elementary education and a master's degree in curriculum and instruction from Shaw University. After several years of teaching, she pursued her educational leadership degree from North Carolina Central University. Ms.Tunstall’s passion for education comes from being surrounded by strong educators her entire life. She can’t picture herself doing anything else.

Ms. Tunstall strives to be a lifelong learner. She wants to not only impact students but also inspire teachers. Positive student relationships are fundamental to success. When students feel supported, they're more likely to learn and have better academic outcomes. Ms.Tunstall is excited about learning and growing with the Turner Creek Community.
