Pre-K Teacher
Ms Riggins has been teaching at Turner Creek since it opened in 2004. She taught kindergarten for a few years and now teaches Pre-K. She loves teaching young children and seeing the growth that they make at school. She’s a native of North Carolina and is amazed at all the growth. During her free time she enjoys listening to music and spending time with her family and friends. She has two fantastic grandsons and two spoiled grandpups.

Pre-K Instructional Assistant
Mrs. Slavis has worked with Mrs. Riggins in the Pre-K class for the last 8 years. Her family is very important to her. She has two daughters, who are 13 and 16, and her husband, Matt. She cannot forget her best buddy, their dog, Remy. In her spare time, you can find her at her daughters' swim meets, at the beach or just enjoying time spent with her family. She taught Kindergarten in Wake County many years ago but really enjoys the FUN that Pre-K brings on a daily basis.
