Request for Preferred Name
Parental permission is required for students younger than 18. Once approved, the student’s preferred name will replace the legal name on report cards, Campus Parent/Campus Student portals, Teacher Gradebook, and other student-facing platforms. The student’s legal name will still display on official student records.
