  • State law (Garrett's Law) requires us to provide you with information about cervical cancer, cervical dysplasia, human papillomavirus (HPV) and the vaccines that protect against these diseases.  

    The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Immunization Branch has provided the following informational flyer about HPV in English and Spanish.
