Welcome to 2nd Grade!

Mrs. Grace
About: I’m a country girl from Grifton, NC, whose love for teaching has spanned a lifetime with great support from my husband, Virgil, and daughter, Whitney. Every day I step into my classroom, my desire is to make a positive difference in the lives of my kiddies in some way. I love it when engaging and true learning takes place and the light bulb comes on behind a child’s eyes. It is that moment we yearn for when that child has finally "got it” and realizes just how awesome they really are. These are the moments that solidify even more my desire to educate, empower, to encourage, and that is rewarding beyond measure.
