This is my sixth year at Oakview Elementary!  I love being a part of this wonderful learning community. 

I am originally from New York but have lived in North Carolina since the age of 10.  I live in Cary with my husband Michael and our two children Reide and Hayes. Reide is in sixth grade at Apex Middle and Hayes is in 2^nd grade here at Oakview.   We enjoy spending time outdoors with our two dogs, Summer and Archer. 

This year will begin my 18th year teaching.  I have taught Kindergarten and first grade.  I am excited to begin a new school year of teaching and learning at Oakview!  I know it will be a HOOT!
