I am beyond excited to be a part of the First Grade Team at Oakview! I have been teaching for many years, and while I have taught several grades, my heart is in 1st grade. I live in Apex with my husband, who is a Professor at NCSU and have 2 children. We cheer on the Wolfpack with our son, who attends NCSU, and recently became UNC Charlotte fans as our daughter begins her college career as a 49er. I grew up near Chicago but have called North Carolina my home since 1997. You can find me cheering for the Wolfpack but I will always be a Chicago Cubs fan!
