My name is Kathleen Noland, and I teach 4th grade on track 1. I am a National Board Certified Teacher and have an MA.E.d. in reading and literacy from ECU. I am currently working on my Masters in Library and Information Science at ECU. I graduated with a BA in Elementary Education in 2006 from Shepherd University (WV), and have been teaching in Wake County for 17 years. I serve as the Treasurer for the Gamma Theta Chapter of DKG- an international association for female educators, and as secretary of the Salem Middle School PTA.

I have a 6th grader at Salem Middle (Veda) and a 3rd grader here at LPES (Brooks). Our family enjoys music, traveling, sports, being outdoors, crafting, and building Legos!
