My name is Kathy Worsdale. I am a 4th Grade Track 3 teacher. This is my second year at Laurel Park teaching on the 4th grade team. I have a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and Physical Education. Though I am relatively new to Laurel Park, I am not new to teaching. I have been a teacher in the school settings across multiple grade levels for more than 20 years. Prior to my return to the classroom, I spent several years teaching future teachers at the College Level.

 
In my spare time, I enjoy reading and staying current in educational research as well as spending time with family as much as possible. I have 4 grown children and two grandchildren. Visiting NY and spending time at the beaches of NC are two things that I look forward to during my downtime.
