Principal - Mrs. Carrie Huffman (1st row 1st):

Mrs. Huffman is proud to serve in the role of Principal at Baucom Elementary, after serving as the Baucom Assistant Principal for several years. Mrs. Huffman has a daughter at Baucom, Abby, and a son who will one day be an Aviator, Walker. Mrs.Huffman is excited to lead our aviators at Wood's Creek this year, as well as back to enjoy Baucom 2.0 in 2024.

Assistant Principal - Mr. Chris Culp (1st row 2nd over):

Mr. Culp serves as the assistant principal at Baucom Elementary School. He most recently served as the assistant principal at Fuquay-Varina Middle School and worked at Cary High School as a Chemistry/Enviornmental Science teacher. Mr.Culp loves to cook and travel and is super excited to support the students and staff of the Baucom community.

Ms. Robinson is the heart behind Baucom that keeps the beat going at Baucom. Her hard work ensures that all the students at Baucom are properly accounted for and she works to introduce new families to our community. Ms. Robinson has two children that she loves very much and she is a talented gardener.

Reception - Ms. Valerie Headlee (2nd row 2nd over):

Mrs. Headlee has been working at Baucom for the last 8 years.  She is the Receptionist and has served as Baucom's Covid Coordinator for the past 2 years.  She works hard to ensure that every student is supported and loved and that all parents feel comfortable entrusting their students to our amazing school.  Mrs. Headlee's oldest son is a recent graduate of Virginia Tech and her youngest son is a Junior at Apex Friendship High School.  Outside of school, Mrs. Headlee enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, cooking, soccer and anything UNC related. Go Heels!

Ms. McClure has been committed to Baucom for many years, first as a PTA mom, then as a substitute and finally as a team member of the front office.  Her two adult sons both attended Baucom Elementary. When not at Baucom, Ms. McClure enjoys spending time with her family and very vocal dog, Bailey.
