Hello! My name is Hailey Phifer. I am a Pre-K Instructional Assistant at Laurel Park Elementary. I studied Public Health with a minor in Psychology at Appalachian State University. Once I was finished with school I started substitute teaching for WCPSS, working with elementary students, as well as students with special needs at the high school level. I love helping teach our schools youngest learners and helping them create long-lasting, magical memories.  

Outside of school, I enjoy listening to music, crocheting, and spending time with my friends and family. I have lived in North Carolina all my life. I grew up in a small town about an hour southeast of Charlotte, but chose to settle in Apex after college.
