Hello! My name is Alexandra Zaso, and I'm the Intervention Team Facilitator at PGES! This is my first year here, but my ninth year in the field. Before landing at Pleasant Grove, I was an interventionist for two years and a first-grade teacher for seven years in Durham Public Schools. I have a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a master's in Reading Education.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking with my dog Lucky and taking trips to Topsail Beach!
